Gelli plate cards

I’ve played around with the gelli plate and the resist print technique. The images was found in flower magazines together with some images from a tile advertisement. On top I have the text (meaning “Congratulations”) added with a stencil that I cut on my Silhouette. All paint used is a mix of Distress ink and Distress Oxide. I think the combinations of ink and oxide works well with the resist print technique and I select quite dark colors to get the best contrast.

Here I have also used a swirl mask that I created in Inkscape and cut out with my Silhouette.
